Payments are accepted through The Jessica Solution’s verified Venmo Business profile. Once your package or custom scope is confirmed, you will receive the exact amount due and payment instructions. Standard packages are paid in full before work begins. Custom projects may require a 50% deposit to reserve the work, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.

Standard package deliverables are provided as professionally finished PDF files. Editable or source design files are not included. Custom project deliverables will be clearly listed in your proposal before work begins.

A revision is a round of reasonable updates to the agreed-upon design, formatting, or content within the original project scope. A new direction, additional pages or slides, or substantially new content may require an updated quote.

Package delivery times range from 2 to 7 days depending on the service and tier selected. Custom timelines are based on scope, complexity, and availability and will be agreed upon before the project begins.
